OUR RESPONSE TO THE
CORONAVIRUS AS A CHURCH
UPDATE | 3-21-20 @ 3:30pm
Following the recommendation of the state and federal government to limit all gatherings to 10 people are less, all current onsite activities are suspended through April 17th at this time. As we get closer to this date, we will reassess and determine when it will be safe for everyone to meet again as a church family. This includes Sunday worship services, small groups, youth and children’s activities, and other ministry-related events.
Our Sunday Services will take place weekly online at 10:30am and 6:30pm. You can join us at any of those times, or watch the service on-demand after it runs live at 10:30am.

UPDATE | 3-14-20 @ 12:45pm
As a staff, we are continuing to monitor the recommendations of the local health and government officials to ensure that our attendees remain cared for and safe. As a result, we are making adjustments to programming for this Sunday, March 15th.
Tomorrow morning we will have services at 9:00am and 10:30am. Here’s what you need to know if you choose to attend Crossway tomorrow:
- Our services will be identical. If you typically attend the 10:30am service, please consider attending the 9:00am service this weekend to allow us to even out the crowds.
- Kids’ programming will be available during both the 9:00am and 10:30am hours.
- ALL SUNDAY MORNING GROUPS have been suspended.
- We will have sanitization stations at each entry way. Please sanitize your hands as you enter the building.
- Please refrain from hand-shakes, hugs, or any other forms of contact.
- There will be no coffee stations or candy.
- We will collect our giving in buckets at the conclusion of our services near the exits. You can also place your giving in the black boxes in our hallways.
- We have modified our Worship Center to allow for more space between families. Please allow 2-3 chairs between you and other individuals on the same row.
If you are feeling sick in any way, please stay home, and join us online at 10:30am from our YouTube channel. You can also access the YouTube channel by going to crossway.news and clicking on “Watch Us Live” If you or any of your loved ones are immunocompromised, please stay home and join us online. And, if you have any concerns about public gatherings at this time, please be released from any expectations you think we might have on you to attend.
We will continue to provide updates as we evaluate what is best for our gatherings. Because the situation as a whole is quite fluid, we’re not yet making any decisions about future Crossway services and events.

UPDATE | 3-12-20 @ 4:00pm
The world is coping with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).
At Crossway, we believe it is our role and responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our attendees. Through that lens, we will continue to make decisions with vigilance.
We have taken extra precautionary steps by supplying anti-bacterial gel and wipes in multiple locations throughout the building, ensuring all soap dispensers are full, and wiping down and sanitizing surfaces that are high-traffic areas, above and beyond normal cleaning.
At this time, our services for Sunday, March 15th are still scheduled at 8:30am and 10:30am. If you do not feel well, we want to encourage you to remain at home and watch our service stream online at 10:30am through our YouTube Channel. If you attend, please limit hand-shakes, hugs, and other forms of contact (or understand if others refrain from doing so).
